At Rivise, we are committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences in AI, Data Science, and Analytics. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Course Fees & Refund Eligibility

  • All payments for courses, workshops, and mentorship programs are final and non-refundable, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
    • Duplicate Payments: If a user is charged more than once for the same course.
    • Technical Issues: If a payment is successfully made, but access to the course is not granted due to an error on our platform.

2. Workshop & Event Cancellations

  • If a workshop or live training session is canceled by Rivise, participants will be given the option to either:
    • Receive a full refund OR
    • Reschedule to a future session at no extra cost.
  • If a participant misses a workshop, no refund will be provided. However, they may request access to a future session, subject to availability.

3. One-on-One Mentorship & Consulting

  • Mentorship and consulting session payments are non-refundable once the session is scheduled.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24-hour prior notice, subject to mentor availability.

4. Exceptional Cases

  • Refund requests due to medical emergencies or unavoidable circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Valid proof (such as medical certificates) may be required.
  • Rivise reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request at its discretion.
